“Dreams are today’s answers to tomorrow’s questions” Edgar Cayce
I found this quote on line today about dreams and find it an apt way of determining solutions to those unanswered questions asked before Morpheus descends. For me, my sleep is a time where those fears I avoid in the waking hours come to whisper and cajole me into facing them and taking action. In your dreams you are safe to investigate and challenge the questions you have left far behind, you can enact as many scenarios as you wish in order to find the best solution to your quandary. It is not unlike working your way through a maze with unlimited chances to reach to centre and claim your knowledge, knowing that when a mistake occurs just return to the start and begin again. Not only do dreams allow you to solve your puzzles, but provide us with the ability to step into alternate worlds, or assume different mantels, to become the people we wish we were in reality. Perhaps the greatest challenge is that we do not just dream of being that other person but in reality begin to become the other person, to follow our dreams and see where life will lead. You never know you might be pleasantly surprised by what you may discover.
